Why should we read the bible?
By Terry Sparks, Executive Director [Genesis 1-3]

"I am convinced that a deeper understanding of the first three chapters of Genesis would significantly reduce many of the problems we face today. These chapters lay out foundational truths, including God's creation, the establishment of males and females in the image of God, and the reality of human sinfulness. The truth that we are all created in God's image affirms the inherent value and dignity of every human being, compelling us to treat others with respect.
By anchoring our heart in these truths, Clarkston Bible Institute serves the 60+ language groups in Clarkston—one of the most diverse square miles in America—with the honor they deserve as image-bearers of God.
