Clarkston Bible Institute Update - September 2025

Clarkston Bible Institute Update - September 2025
.

It was a truly momentous occasion on June 21st as we celebrated the graduation of our incredible students! If you were unable to attend, you can still experience this blessing by watching the recording on YouTube.

Student Testimonies:

I know you will be encouraged by the testimonies from a couple of our graduates. A Karenni graduate (Burmese ethnic group) shared:

“I am now better able to study the Bible, lead a small group, and preach.”

It's been about sixteen years since the first major group of Karennis came as refugees to the United States and to Clarkston Georgia. During this period of time, God has given us significant favor with the Karenni people, building trust and positive relationships within their community.

Thanks to this relation with the Clarkston Bible Institute, many Karenni people have become Christians and have grown in their knowledge and faith in Christ. We have now sent our first missionary back to their homeland.

Here is a powerful testimony from another graduate:

“I love the way they teach. They teach from a place of experiential knowledge, and the commitment of the teachers to the students is unparalleled. It (CBI) is close, affordable, comprehensive, and thorough. Clarkston Bible Institute is the best-kept secret. It meant so much to me, and I’ve grown so much!”

New Beginnings:

We began the 2025 – 2026 school year on August 11, and we have five new students, including:

  • Three pastors.
  • Our first Japanese student.
  • Our first Ethiopian student.

These new students represent the continued growth and opportunity at CBI, demonstrating the ongoing need for equipping leaders from diverse backgrounds. This growing diversity also brings new opportunities and, at times, specific needs that require our collective support.

Your Partnership Makes a Difference:

Since its inception, CBI has equipped 65 leaders who are now serving in diverse communities. As we continue to serve and equip these new students and new leaders, there is a current and urgent need for scholarship money for some of our students. This includes two students from Uganda and one from Ethiopia. These dedicated students from Africa have very limited ability to pay the $1,500.00 tuition. Without your support, financial limitations could hinder their valuable training.

We invite you to prayerfully consider making a tax-deductible donation today. Your immediate support is crucial as these students begin their studies.

Your partnership directly enables these students to receive comprehensive theological education.
